Ingredients:

Chicken half kilo
Salt (according to taste)
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Tomato paste 2 tbsp
Yogurt 1 cup
Oil 5 tbsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Vinegar 1/2 tsp

Chicken In Red

Method:
  1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, salt, chili powder, ginger-garlic paste, tomato sauce & vinegar and keep it for 20 min.
  2. Then put oil in a pot and put chicken in it and cook on low flame for 20 min and then when u see chicken become tender, and no more water left in chicken.
  3. Then garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot as a main course with Naan / Plain rice.
    Preparation time: 30 minutes
