chicken, cut in small pieces
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
Green masala (gring together green chilies, jeera and coriander leaves)
1 tsp garam masala powder
Juice of 1 lime
Salt to taste
Oil
Coriander leaves for garnishing |

Method:
- Marinate chicken in ginger garlic paste, green masala and salt.
- In a dish heat oil, add the marinated chicken and cook till tender and water has dried
- Then add lime juice, sprinkle garam masala and garnish with coriander leaves, and serve
with bread or rotis or agus pullav.
