Ingredients: 1
whole chicken skinned, cut into small pieces
2 onions chopped
3 green chilies chopped
3 tomatoes chopped finely
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tsp garam masala
3 tbsp curry powder
1 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp paprika
15 cashews ground
2 cups chicken stock
1/2 cup plain yogurt

Method:
- Blend the cashews into a fine paste in a blender.
- Heat oil in a big vessel, add the chopped onions, green chilies and fry until they turn
golden.
- Add the ginger garlic paste. Add the curry powder, garam masala, paprika, salt,
turmeric, the cashew paste and cook for 5 minutes stirring, until the oil appears.
- Add the chicken stock and simmer for 3 minutes. Stir in the yogurt, tomatoes and
chicken, cover and simmer for 30-40 minutes, until the chicken is tender.
- Garnish with fresh coriander. Serve hot with pulav, plain rice and chapati.
