Ingredients:

Cottage cheese 100 gm
Tomato 150 gm
Potato 100 gm
Posta dana 25 gm
Coconut (Fresh) 50 gm
Arrarot powder 2 tsp
Onion 50 gm
Garlic 4 pieces
Ginger 10 gm
Dry fruits (Chopped) handful
Cloves 4
Garam masala 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Refined oil 1 1/2 tbsp
Water 200 ml
Milk cream 1/3 cup

Cheese Delight

Method:
  1. Soak posta dana seeds in water. Grate cottage cheese. Boil & grate potatoes. Boil onion chopped (to exhaust it's smell but to keep it's flavour).
  2. Blanch tomato (full piece). Peel skin of tomato. Grind tomato to make paste. Chop ginger, garlic and dry fruits.
  3. Make paste of ginger and garlic. Make paste of posta dana and fresh coconut.
  4. Mix cheese and potato, make balls and bind with arrarot powder. Stuff chopped dry fruits in the center of the balls and deep fry.
  5. Heat oil, add ginger, garlic and onion paste. Add red chili powder, garam masala and cloves. Heat till light brown.
  6. Add tomato paste, posta dana paste, water and salt. Add milk cream, allow it to boil and thicken for about 7 minutes.
  7. Add dry fruit stuffed balls to gravy. Keep stirring for 3 minutes, remove from flame and serve hot. Serve with Pulao, tandoori, naan & missi roti.
