Ingredients:

Milk - half litre
Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
Little salt

Cheese

Method:
  1. Add two teaspoons of lemon juice to the milk. Leave the mixture in a warm place overnight to sour.
  2. Strain the milk through a clean tea towal or piece of muslin cloth. (the curds remain in the cloth and the whey drains through).
  3. Squeeze the cloth gently to remove any excess whey. Transfer the curds to a clean dish and add some salt. Your dish will be ready. Serve with bread.
