Ingredients: Milk
- half litre
Lemon juice - 2 tsp.
Little salt |

Method:
- Add two teaspoons of lemon juice to the milk. Leave the mixture in a warm place
overnight to sour.
- Strain the milk through a clean tea towal or piece of muslin cloth. (the curds remain in
the cloth and the whey drains through).
- Squeeze the cloth gently to remove any excess whey. Transfer the curds to a clean dish
and add some salt. Your dish will be ready. Serve with bread.
