Ingredients:
Carrots 4
Green onion leaves 1 bunch
Oil 2 tsp
Green chilies 2
Lemon juice 2 tsps
Pepper powder
Salt 1/2 tsp
Paneer 3 cubes (optional)

Carrot Salad

Method:
  1. Grate the carrot, cut onion leaves into very small pieces, cut paneer & chili too into small pieces.
  2. Mix grated carrot, onoin leaves, paneer and chilies. Now pour oil, lemon juice and mix well.
  3. Now put salt and pepper and mix again. Eat after 15 minutes after cooking. Its good to taste with rotis.
    Preparation time: 15 minutes
