Ingredients:
Carrots 4
Green onion leaves 1 bunch
Oil 2 tsp
Green chilies 2
Lemon juice 2 tsps
Pepper powder
Salt 1/2 tsp
Paneer 3 cubes (optional)

Method:
- Grate the carrot, cut onion leaves into very small pieces, cut paneer
& chili too into small pieces.
- Mix grated carrot, onoin leaves, paneer and chilies. Now pour oil, lemon
juice and mix well.
- Now put salt and pepper and mix again. Eat after 15 minutes after
cooking. Its good to taste with rotis.
