Ingredients:

1 cup carrot, shredded
3 cups milk
4 tbsp sugar
1 cup condensed milk
1/2 cup chopped badam (almonds)
2 tsp custard powder

Carrot Kheer

Method:
  1. Cook shredded carrot in 2 1/2 cups of milk. In rest of the milk mix custard powder & keep aside.
  2. When the carrot is cooked add sugar, condensed milk & stir for 3 minutes.
  3. Later add the custard powder mixed with milk to the above mixture.
  4. Cook until till thick. Now the kheer is ready. Pour the kheer in a serving dish & garnish with chopped almonds.
  5. Serve chill
    Serves: 4
    Preparation time: 30 minutes.
