Ingredients:

Gram Dal-1 cup
Toor Dal-3/4 cup
Red Chillies-5
Green Chillies-2
Salt to taste
Oil to deep fry
Capsicum-1
Carrot-1
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves

Capsicum Carrot Vadai

Method:
  1. Soak the dals together for 45 minutes. Grind them coarsely with red and green chilies. Add salt to taste.
  2. Cut capsicum and carrot to fine pieces and add them to the ground batter.
  3. Add coriander and curry leaves. Deep fry in oil to get golden colored Vadais and enjoy!!!
  4. Though this vadai doesn't contain any masala items or onion, it will taste very good.
