| Ingredients: Egg - 1
Bread - 2 nos
Oil - 3 tbsp
Sugar - 2tbsp
Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp
Garnishing Roasted Kaju - 3 nos |

Method:
- Crush the breads with fingers to make small pieces.
- Beat the egg in a bowl. Mix to it the bread pieces, sugar and essence.
- In a pan heat the oil. Put the egg-bread mixture into the pan. With the spatula crush
the mixture so that it forms into small granules.
- Saute it for 15 minutes till brown. Remove from pan and put into a shallow plate.
- Garnish with roasted Kaju. Serve Hot.
