Ingredients:

Egg - 1
Bread - 2 nos
Oil - 3 tbsp
Sugar - 2tbsp
Vanilla Essence - 1/2 tsp
Garnishing Roasted Kaju - 3 nos

Bread & Egg Halwa

Method:
  1. Crush the breads with fingers to make small pieces.
  2. Beat the egg in a bowl. Mix to it the bread pieces, sugar and essence.
  3. In a pan heat the oil. Put the egg-bread mixture into the pan. With the spatula crush the mixture so that it forms into small granules.
  4. Saute it for 15 minutes till brown. Remove from pan and put into a shallow plate.
  5. Garnish with roasted Kaju. Serve Hot.
    Serves: 1
    Preparation time: 10 minutes
