| Ingredients: 1/2 kgs potatoes -
boiled
Mustard seeds
Chopped coriander
Salt to taste
1 tsp. turmeric powder
Paav or buns
2 cups besan (gram flour)
A Pinch of sodium Bicarbonate
For chutney:
1 full garlic pod
7-8 green chilies

Method:
- Mash the boiled potatoes. Add salt and keep aside.
- Heat some oil, splutter mustard seeds in it. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder and
add it to mashed potatoes. Mix well and add chopped coriander.
- Take besan in a bowl. Add salt and a pinch of sodium bicarbonate. Add water and make it
a thick batter. Make small balls of the potato mixture, dip it in besan batter and deep
fry it in hot oil.
- For chutney, dry fry the garlic for few minutes. Grind it with green chilies, salt and
amchur powder.
- To Serve, take the bun, slit it into half, apply some chutney and put the wada in it and
cover with the other half - Tastes yummy.
