| Ingredients: Fresh Bell Pepper (Capsicum) - 6
Cooked Rice - 1 Cup
Grated Beet root - 1/2 Cup
Chopped Onions - 1/2 Cup
Chili Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Jeera - 1 Tsp
Garam Masala - 1 Tsp
Oil - 2 Tbsp |

Method:
- Cut the stem of the Bell Pepper and make a small slit at the top.
- Remove the seeds from inside and make it hollow.
- For the stuffing: Heat some oil in a kadai. Add Jeera and the chopped onions and fry
till the onions turn golden brown.
- Add the grated beet root , chili powder, salt, garam masala and saute for 2 mts.
- Add the cooked rice to the above ingredients. Stuff each Bell pepper with the beet root
rice prepared as above.
- Smear some salt all over the stuffed Bell Pepper and microwave for 5 to 10 mts or till
the Bell Pepper is well cooked. Serve hot with onion raitha.
