Ingredients:
2 large beetroots
8-10 garlic flakes
8-10 green chilies
Bread slices
Bread crumbs
Coriander leaves

Beetroot Cutlets

Method:
  1. Pressure cook beetroots & grate them.
  2. Make chutney by grinding together green chilies, garlic, and coriander.
  3. Mix them with grated beetroots, salt & bread dipped in water.
  4. Make small balls flatten them, roll in bread crumbs or rava & fry on tawa till cooked.
  5. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
    Serves: 2 people
    Preparation time: 30 minutes
