Ingredients:
2 large beetroots
8-10 garlic flakes
8-10 green chilies
Bread slices
Bread crumbs
Coriander leaves

Method:
- Pressure
cook beetroots & grate them.
- Make
chutney by grinding together green chilies, garlic, and
coriander.
- Mix
them with grated beetroots, salt & bread dipped in water.
- Make
small balls flatten them, roll in bread crumbs or rava & fry
on tawa till cooked.
- Serve
hot with tomato sauce.
