Ingredients:

Potatoes - 1/2 kg
Green chilies - 4 (finely chopped)
Oil - 1 tbsp.
Ginger (grated) - 2 tsp.
Salt to taste
Garam masala - 2 tsp.
Red chili powder - 1 tsp.
Coriander leaves (chopped) - 1 cup
All purpose flour - 2 cups
Ghee - 1 tbsp.
Baking powder - 1 1/2 tsp.

Baked Potato Roti

Method:
  1. Boil potatoes & mash them.
  2. Heat oil slightly, fry green chili bits and add mashed potatoes &grated ginger, garam masala, salt, red chili powder. Let it cook on simmer level for few minutes. After done remove from the heat & let it cool.
  3. Prepare the dough with flour, ghee, salt & baking powder. Let stay for 10 minutes. Make two parts with the dough.
  4. Roll them to two square rotis, on one roti, spread the mixture of potato & cover with the other square roti, paste edges with using little water (4sides). Take little beaten egg over it.
  5. Transfer it into a baking tray & bake at 200 degrees C for 12 to 15 minutes or until it gets fine color.
  6. Remove from oven & cut into big square bits, serve hot with vegetable salad and tomato ketchup.
