| Ingredients: Brinjals
- 3 no.s (long ones)
Pork pieces - 100 gms
Garlic - 3 flakes
Onions - 2 small
Oil - 3 big tsp
Soy sauce - 2 tsp
Chilies - 2 no.s (chili powder can also be used)
Salt - according to taste
Coriander leaves - for garnishing |

Method:
- Peel the brinjals slightly. Cut them into cubes.
- In a mixie, put the brinjal cubes, one onion, garlic flakes, chilies and grind them to a
fine paste.
- Season the pork with soy sauce and salt for 5 min and then grind it. Chop the remaining
onion into small pieces.
- In a frying pan add oil. Add the onion pieces and fry it. When its light brown add the
pork paste and fry it for 2 minutes.
- Now add the brinjal paste, add salt and keep stirring continuously till it starts
leaving oil. It should change into deep brown color and a delicious smell comes out.
- Serve it in a serving bowl garnishing it with coriander leaves.
- Serve with roti or with rice.
