Ingredients:

1 cup badam (almonds)
2 cups sugar
3 cups milk
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup water

Badam Kheer

Method:
  1. Blend almond into a smooth paste.
  2. In a nonstick pan boil sugar and water to form a sugar syrup.
  3. In the sugar syrup add almond paste, milk and continue to boil until raw smell disappears.
  4. Then remove it from fire, cool down, add vanilla essence and refrigerate.
  5. Serve cool.
