Ingredients:
Frozen baby lima beans - 1/2 pound
2 onions finely chopped
2 tomatoes finely chopped
Turmeric - pinch
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Ginger finely grated - 1 tbsp
Few curry leaves
4-5 green chilies finely chopped
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
Cooking oil - 1 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Baby Lima Beans

Method:
  1. Take a wok put oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, cumin seeds and turmeric. Fry until mustard seeds start popping.
  2. Add garlic cloves, ginger and onions and fry until they turn golden color.
  3. Add baby lima beans and tomatoes and salt and cover with lid until beans turn tender.
  4. Note: This recipe can also be tried with fresh baby lima beans soaked in salt water for 4 hours.
  5. Serve with chapathi / bread / naan / dosa / paratha / cooked rice.
    Serves: 2
