Ingredients:
Frozen baby lima beans - 1/2 pound
2 onions finely chopped
2 tomatoes finely chopped
Turmeric - pinch
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
Ginger finely grated - 1 tbsp
Few curry leaves
4-5 green chilies finely chopped
2 garlic cloves finely chopped
Cooking oil - 1 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:
- Take
a wok put oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, cumin seeds and
turmeric. Fry until mustard seeds start popping.
- Add
garlic cloves, ginger and onions and fry until they turn golden
color.
- Add
baby lima beans and tomatoes and salt and cover with lid until
beans turn tender.
- Note:
This recipe can also be tried with fresh baby lima beans soaked
in salt water for 4 hours.
- Serve
with chapathi / bread / naan / dosa / paratha / cooked rice.
