gms mutton
1 tbsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 big tomato, pureed
2 tsp red chili powder
2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup water
Salt as per taste |

Method:
- Mix mutton, ginger paste & lemon juice well.
- Heat oil in a cooker add the mutton along with the paste, stir for a minute add water
and pressure cook for 10 to12 minutes.
- Now open the cooker and allow the water to dry and add fresh tomato puree, salt and
chili powder.
- Next simmer it until oil comes up and garnish it with fresh coriander. The dish is ready
to serve. Serve with roti
