Ingredients:

250 gms mutton
1 tbsp ginger paste
1/2 tsp lemon juice
1 big tomato, pureed
2 tsp red chili powder
2 tbsp oil
1/2 cup water
Salt as per taste

Adrak Ki Meat (Ginger Meat)

Method:
  1. Mix mutton, ginger paste & lemon juice well.
  2. Heat oil in a cooker add the mutton along with the paste, stir for a minute add water and pressure cook for 10 to12 minutes.
  3. Now open the cooker and allow the water to dry and add fresh tomato puree, salt and chili powder.
  4. Next simmer it until oil comes up and garnish it with fresh coriander. The dish is ready to serve. Serve with roti
