Ingredients:

1 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
1 cup coconut
1 cup ghee (butter)
3 cups sugar
1 cup milk

7 Cup Cake

Method:
  1. Mix all the ingredients together (except ghee) and cook until it thickens.
  2. Add ghee and cook for 5 minutes. Pour the mixture on a greased plate.
  3. Let it cool for sometime and then cut in to desired shapes.
    Serves: 4
    Preparation time: 20 minutes
