Ingredients:

1 tin sweet corn
1 litre bone and onion stock
1 heaped tbsp corn flour
Salt & pepper to taste

Velvet Corn Soup

Method:
  1. Mix corn flour in a little milk and add this to the sweet corn. Blend this in a blender till smooth.
  2. To this, add bone and onion stock. Boil in a saucepan, stirring constantly for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Add seasoning and cook on low heat for a few more minutes.
  4. Serve steaming hot.
