Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup turbinado sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

Method:
  1. In a bowl combine whipping cream, sugar and vanilla. Whip with mixer until stiff.
  2. Add evaporated milk and yogurt. Mix for 30 seconds on low speed.
  3. Cover and put in freezer. Stir for every 45 minutes until frozen (for about 5 hours).
  4. Serve chilled.
