Ingredients:

3 1/2 oz lean boneless pork, cubed
2 tsp Soya sauce
3 1/2 oz Soya beans, cooked
Salt to taste
3 1/2 oz vegetable oil
4 cups clear stock
2 tsp scallions, shredded
1/2 tsp MSG
2 tsp fresh ginger, shredded

Soya Bean Soup With Pork Cubes

Method:
  1. Heat the oil in wok until the oil surface ripples.
  2. Add the scallions and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant. Add the pork cubes.
  3. Stir-fry until the pork turns white. Stir in the Soya sauce and salt.
  4. Add the Soya beans and stock. Bring to a boil, skim off any foam, and the MSG. Remove and serve.
