Ingredients:

200g shrimp meat
50g lard
Salt to taste
1 tsp gourmet powder
Juice of chives and ginger
1 tsp rice wine
Few bread crumbs
1 cup delicious soup

Shrimp Meat Balls

Method:
  1. Make the shrimp meat and lard into mousse, put in salt, gourmet powder, rice wine, juice of chive and ginger to season.
  2. After mixing them up, make the mousse into 10 balls, then add the delicious soup and coat them with bread crumbs.
  3. Saute the shrimp meat balls in heated oil in a frying pot until they look golden, place them in a dish and serve.
