| Ingredients: 2 cups rice
2 tbsp chopped onions
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped carrots
1 cup green peas
2 cubes beef bouillon
4 cups water
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp cooking oil |

Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, saut� garlic, onions, red pepper, carrots and green peas. Remove
from heat when all the vegetables are saut�ed sufficiently.
- To this, add water, bouillon, salt and rice. Mix well and cook until the rice is done.
