Ingredients:

2 cups rice
2 tbsp chopped onions
1 tsp minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped red pepper
1/2 cup finely chopped carrots
1 cup green peas
2 cubes beef bouillon
4 cups water
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp cooking oil

Rice & Vegetables

Method:
  1. Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic, onions, red pepper, carrots and green peas. Remove from heat when all the vegetables are sautéed sufficiently.
  2. To this, add water, bouillon, salt and rice. Mix well and cook until the rice is done.
