1 cup potatoes, peeled and chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup zucchini, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup carrot, chopped
1 garlic clove
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup sour cream
A pinch of nutmeg
2 cups water
Salt to taste
Creamy Vegetable Soup
Method:
Boil all the vegetables in a bowl with water, garlic and salt. Drain all the vegetables
and set the liquid aside.
Place the vegetables in a blender and blend with 1/2 of the liquid that was set aside.
Add cream of celery soup to the blender and blend until a smooth consistency is
achieved.
Pour this into a bowl, add remaining liquid, sour cream, a pinch of nutmeg and boil for
few minutes.
