Ingredients:

1 large crab
1 litre bone stock
1 large onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup tomato puree
1 tsp ginger, grated
1 chicken soup cube
1/4 tsp MSG
Salt & pepper to taste

Method:
  1. Steam the crab till tender and remove all the meat from the shell.
  2. Cook the crab meat with tomatoes, onions, ginger and seasoning for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from the heat and mix in the beaten eggs gradually.
  4. Add all the other ingredients and simmer for about half an hour.
  5. Serve piping hot, garnished with sliced spring onions.
