| Ingredients: 1 large crab
1 litre bone stock
1 large onion, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup tomato puree
1 tsp ginger, grated
1 chicken soup cube
1/4 tsp MSG
Salt & pepper to taste |
Crab-Meat Soup

Method:
- Steam the crab till tender and remove all the meat from the shell.
- Cook the crab meat with tomatoes, onions, ginger and seasoning for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the heat and mix in the beaten eggs gradually.
- Add all the other ingredients and simmer for about half an hour.
- Serve piping hot, garnished with sliced spring onions.
