| Ingredients: 1 small can crab-meat
1 tin sweet corn
2 eggs
1 tbsp corn flour
1/2 litre water
1/4 tsp MSG
Salt & pepper to taste |
Crab & Corn Soup

Method:
- Mix together the shredded crab-meat, sweet corn, water, salt, pepper and MSG. Boil the
mixture.
- Mix corn flour and egg yolks in water till smooth. Pour this into the soup mixture,
stirring briskly.
- Cook till thick on high heat. Add egg whites and stir.
- Serve piping hot, garnished with a little crab-meat.
