Ingredients:

1 small can crab-meat
1 tin sweet corn
2 eggs
1 tbsp corn flour
1/2 litre water
1/4 tsp MSG
Salt & pepper to taste

Crab & Corn Soup

Method:
  1. Mix together the shredded crab-meat, sweet corn, water, salt, pepper and MSG. Boil the mixture.
  2. Mix corn flour and egg yolks in water till smooth. Pour this into the soup mixture, stirring briskly.
  3. Cook till thick on high heat. Add egg whites and stir.
  4. Serve piping hot, garnished with a little crab-meat.
