| Ingredients: 2 chicken breasts
1/2 lb ham, cut into small pieces
1 big green pepper, cut into small pieces
1 carrot, cut into small pieces
1 1/2 celery, cut into small pieces
1 onion, chopped
1/2 small cabbage, cut into small pieces
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tbsp minced ginger |

Method:
- Cut chicken breasts in small cubes, season with minced garlic, a tbsp of soy sauce and
fry on both sides in a pan, until brown.
- Add chopped ham, green pepper, carrot, celery, onion and fry for few minutes. Finally
add cabbage, 1/2 cup soy sauce and minced garlic.
- Cook for few more minutes. Do not over cook the vegetables.
Preparation time: 20-25 minutes
