Method:

For filling:

  1. Combine all the filling ingredients together in a pan and cook on low heat till dry and brown. Cover it.

For wrappers:

  1. Beat eggs lightly and add flour and salt. Knead to a dough with water.
  2. Roll out dough on a floured board, very thin, and cut out tiny discs. Cut each disc in half and fill each half with a little of the filling. Fold and seal the edges
  3. Boil water in a saucepan and drop these wun tuns into it one by one. Allow them to boil till they float on top. Drain out water and arrange wun tuns on a greased tray.

For soup:

  1. Boil the stock and add the other soup ingredients. Season to taste and allow to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Drop wun tuns into the soup and allow to cook for 1 minute more. Serve steaming hot in deep bowls.
