Ingredients:

1 kg fresh spinach, chopped finely
1 litre meat or bone stock
1 heaped tbsp corn flour, mixed in water
1/4 tsp MSG
Salt & pepper to taste

Chinese Spinach Soup

Method:
  1. Cook spinach in 1 cup of water in a pressure cooker.
  2. When cool, blend in a mixer until smooth.
  3. Add all the other ingredients to the spinach puree and cook in a saucepan for about 10 minutes, stirring constantly so that lumps do not form.
  4. Serve in deep bowls.
