| Ingredients: 4 cups rice
8 eggs
1 cup shrimp (optional)
1 cup chopped green onions
2 chicken breasts (cooked in 6 cups of water)
1/2 lb bacon
Soy sauce
Cooking oil
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
Salt to taste |

Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic, rice, water and cook the rice until it is done.
- Chop bacon in small pieces and pan fry. Reserve small amount of bacon fat to saute
chicken breasts.
- Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and sprinkle with soy sauce.
- Prepare two omeletes with the eggs, salt and cut them into small pieces.
- Add omelete pieces, green onions, bacon, chicken pieces to the rice, mix thoroughly and
serve.
