Ingredients:

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
1 pkg (16 oz) frozen Chinese-style vegetables
6 cups cooked rice
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp soy sauce
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1/4 cup water
2 tsp seasoning blend (garlic, salt, pepper, onion & other natural spices)

Chicken & Rice Stir-Fry

Method:
  1. Combine water, seasoning blend, soy sauce and ginger. Add chicken and allow to marinate for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet. Add chicken and marinade to skillet; cook, stirring constantly, for 5 minutes.
  3. Add vegetables and continue cooking for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Serve over cooked rice.
    Serves: 4-6
    Preparation time: 15-20 minutes
