| Ingredients: 2 boneless skinless breasts, seasoned
with salt & pepper
1 pint milk
A pinch of nutmeg
4 tsp butter
1/4 tsp cream
Mozzarella cheese (optional)
1 tbsp flour |
Chicken Breasts In White Sauce

Method:
- Melt butter in a pan, add chicken breasts and fry on both sides until brown. Remove and
keep aside.
- In the remaining butter, add flour and fry until golden in color. Then add milk, nutmeg
and salt. Stir constantly until sauce has a smooth consistency.
- To this mixture, add chicken breasts and cook for 10-15 minutes. Also add cream.
- Remove from heat, garnish with shredded Mozzarella cheese on top and serve warm.
