Ingredients:

1 litre chicken stock
1 cup chicken, cooked & shredded
2 spring onions, finely sliced with greens
1 cup noodles, cooked
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp corn flour
Soya sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Chicken & Noodle Soup

Method:
  1. Melt butter in a saucepan on medium heat. Add corn flour and fry till brown.
  2. Gradually pour in the chicken stock, stirring briskly.
  3. Add noodles and all the seasoning, and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Add shredded chicken and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  5. Serve steaming hot, garnished with a little shredded chicken. Add chili sauce if desired.
