| Ingredients: 1 litre chicken stock
1 cup chicken, cooked & shredded
2 spring onions, finely sliced with greens
1 cup noodles, cooked
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp corn flour
Soya sauce
Salt & pepper to taste |
Chicken & Noodle Soup

Method:
- Melt butter in a saucepan on medium heat. Add corn flour and fry till brown.
- Gradually pour in the chicken stock, stirring briskly.
- Add noodles and all the seasoning, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add shredded chicken and simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Serve steaming hot, garnished with a little shredded chicken. Add chili sauce if
desired.
