Ingredients:

8 small chicken legs
4 tbsp oil
5 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp shredded ginger
1/4 cup soy sauce
Almonds, sliced & toasted

Caramel Chicken With Almonds

Method:
  1. Place oil, sugar in a pan and boil until a caramel is formed. Immediately place the chicken legs into the caramel and brown on both sides completely.
  2. Add ginger, soy sauce and cook for 20-25 minutes by covering the pan.
  3. Garnish with toasted almonds and serve.
