| Ingredients: 250 gms fresh fish, minced finely
50 gms minced pork
1 litre meat or bone stock
2 chicken stock cubes
1 egg white
1 onion, chopped finely
1 tbsp corn flour
2 spring onions with greens, chopped finely
2 green chilies
1 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp MSG
Salt & pepper to taste |
Cantonese Fish-Ball Soup

Method:
- Mix together the fish, pork mince, spring onions, green chilies, corn flour, salt and
pepper. Shape into tiny balls and keep aside.
- Heat stock, add chicken cubes, chopped onion, and seasoning. Allow to boil for a few
minutes.
- Now add fish balls and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Serve steaming hot.
