Ingredients:

250 gms fresh fish, minced finely
50 gms minced pork
1 litre meat or bone stock
2 chicken stock cubes
1 egg white
1 onion, chopped finely
1 tbsp corn flour
2 spring onions with greens, chopped finely
2 green chilies
1 tbsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp MSG
Salt & pepper to taste

Cantonese Fish-Ball Soup

Method:
  1. Mix together the fish, pork mince, spring onions, green chilies, corn flour, salt and pepper. Shape into tiny balls and keep aside.
  2. Heat stock, add chicken cubes, chopped onion, and seasoning. Allow to boil for a few minutes.
  3. Now add fish balls and cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Serve steaming hot.
