1 litre chicken or bone stock
1 cup cooked noodles
60 gm bamboo shoots, cut into pieces
1 tbsp sherry (optional)
1 cup shredded meat or chicken
1/4 tsp MSG
Salt & pepper to taste
Bamboo Shoot & Noodle Soup
Method:
In a saucepan, cook together the stock, noodles, meat, bamboo shoots and seasoning for
10 minutes on high heat.
