Ingredients:

1 pkg. (6.09 oz.) rice pilaf mix
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 cup carrots, diced
1/4 cup peanuts, chopped
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
2 tbsps red bell pepper, chopped

Asian Pilaf

Method:
  1. Prepare rice according to package directions, except omit butter or olive oil.
  2. Stir in remaining all ingredients. Chill for 2 to 4 hours. Top with extra chopped peanuts right before serving, if desired.
    Serves: 4
    Preparation time: 20 minutes
