Tip of the week
Cooking:
Do not throw away unused chilies in vinegar while making a Chinese course.
Blend, take in a bottle and use to spice up soups, rices, etc.
Health:
Decaf coffee: Did you know that decaf coffee stimulates the flow of stomach
acids almost as much as regular? It's not just the caffeine in coffee that should be
avoided by those who experience heartburn or other upper digestive disorders.
Cookery term
Deep-Fry:
To completely submerge the food in hot oil. A quick way to
cook some food and, as a result, this method often seems to seal in the flavors of food
better than any other technique. |
