Ingredients:

1-1/2 cups cold water
1 cup cold orange juice
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 tub strawberry kiwi flavor low calorie soft drink mix
1 qt. (4 cups) ice cubes

Strawberry Kiwi Margarita

A Mexican tangy & delicious drink made with strawberry kiwi flavor drink mix, orange juice & lime juice.

Method:
  1. Place water, orange juice, lime juice and drink mix in blender container; cover. Blend until drink mix is dissolved.
  2. Add ice; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth.
  3. Garnish each glass with a strawberry fan. Make 4 lengthwise cuts from point of strawberry almost to stem end. Fan strawberry open at cuts and slide over edge of glass.
    Serves: 6 (1 cup each)
    Preparation time: 5 minutes

A healthy balanced diet isn't just about eating the right kind of food. The way that you buy, store, prepare and cook your food, and even the pots, pans and equipment you use, all have a significant impact on the nutritional value of the food you eat.
Buy the freshest. Buy only the freshest fruits and vegetables available in the market. Seasonal fruits are the most nutritious as they ripen without the usage of additional chemicals and are more reasonably priced.
Eat fresh. Refrigerating food for long periods results in the loss of vital nutrients. So buy in small quantities and cook for the day! Also try and avoid storing leftover food, as re-heating results in nutrient loss.
Eat veggies and fruits with their skin on. As far as possible, eat vegetables and fruits unpeeled so that you don't lose out on fiber and nutrients. Vegetables and fruits like cucumber, potatoes, carrots, apple have vital nutrients right under the peel which you lose out on if you peel them. Remember to scrub these vegetables and fruits thoroughly before you eat them as they may contain a thin film of mud and pesticides.

Medicinal Uses
  • Coriander is considered an aid to the digestive system. It is an appetite stimulant and aids in the secretion of gastric juices.

  • A poultice of Coriander seed can be applied externally to relieve painful joints and rheumatism.
    The essential oils of the coriander leaves contain antibacterial properties and can be used as a fungicide. Coriander seeds are considered to have cholesterol-lowering properties.
