Feature: Good Eating Habits
If you think just eating selective food will keep you healthy, think again. The way we eat influences our health, even more than the foods we choose to eat. Which is why we should try to develop good dietary habits as early as possible.
Liquids and food : Drinking liquids with your meals is not really a good practice, since extra fluids can dilute the digestive juices, making it more difficult to break down food. But you can drink water before meals or sometime after. A Little bit of water with meals may help dissolve the food and stimulate digestive juices. Generally, water is our best beverage, and we should consume about eight to ten glasses a day.

Cooking For Health: Fish - Health Benefits
Most fish is naturally lower in fat than beef, pork and many other protein sources. Each year seems to herald a new health or nutrition trend. A new essential vitamin or food we can't live without is constantly being "found". Fish and seafood are almost always an essential element of a good diet. It has long been noted that people from certain regions, where the diet is largely composed of fish and seafood, appear to have a reduced risk of heart disease.

Health:
Some research indicates that a diet rich in low fat dairy products may help to control hypertension. Dairy foods, which are good sources of calcium, magnesium and potassium may play an important role in reducing systolic blood pressure. Just 3 servings of low fat dairy per day may be helpful. This includes 8 oz. of skim milk, 1 ounce of low fat cheese or 8 oz of nonfat or low fat yogurt.

Cookery term
Wood Chips:

Small chips of dried, fragrant hardwoods used to impart a smoky flavor to foods.
