Tip of the week
Cooking:

Place a tsp of soda bi carbonate in a corner of the fridge in a small crucible. This will keep smells of foods in the fridge from permeating each other.
Health:
A high sugar intake does not cause or promote diabetes. Risk factors for the development of diabetes include genetics, age, obesity, and physical activity, not sugar intake. Even those with diabetes can include moderate amounts of sugar as part of a well-balanced diet.
