A Western non-vegetarian dish cooked with egg, olive oil and parmesan cheese

Ingredients:

2 2-ounce pork tenderloins
1 egg
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp olive oil
Cilantro for garnishing

Pork Medallion

Method:
  1. Dip pork tenderloins in egg batter and parmesan cheese.
  2. Lightly saute in olive oil.
  3. Serve with steamed rice or on a bed of mixed salad greens.
  4. Garnish with a fresh sprig of cilantro.

Cooking:

Never use wet spoons, ladles etc to remove or handle pickle. Moistures paves way for rotting.
Health:
Dissolve 1/2 tsp.of turmeric powder in half a cup of hot sweetened milk and drink for relief from cough and cold. Repeat morning and night for a week.
