A Western non-vegetarian dish cooked with egg,
olive oil and parmesan cheese
Ingredients:
2 2-ounce pork tenderloins
1 egg
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp olive oil
Cilantro for garnishing |
Pork Medallion

Method:
Dip pork tenderloins in egg batter and parmesan cheese.
Lightly saute in olive oil.
Serve with steamed rice or on a bed of mixed salad greens.
Garnish with a fresh sprig of cilantro.
