1½ CUPS DAAWAT TRADITIONAL BASMATI RICE, SOAKED AND DRAINED

A FRESH PARSLEY SPRIG FOR GARNISHING

¾ TSP CARAWAY SEEDS/SHAHI JEERA

INSTRUCTIONS

1. BOIL SUFFICIENT/ 2X WATER IN AN OPEN PAN. ADD DAAWAT TRADITIONAL BASMATI RICE, MIX AND COOK TILL THE RICE IS FULLY DONE. SWITCH OFF HEAT AND STRAIN THE RICE.

2. TRANSFER THE RICE ONTO A SERVING PLATE AND SERVE HOT GARNISHED WITH PARSLEY SPRIG
